Shipping Information

All products (with the exception of the Chicken Eggs) are hand crafted, and all products are hand glazed and fired twice in our kiln. Our products are not mass produced (in any country) and will take a 2-3 weeks to create for you. After the sculpture(s) are finished, they are cooled, packed and shipped via UPS Ground.

The utmost care is taken in packing the sculptures for your enjoyment; however, if your product arrives broken, please contact us for a replacement. DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR PACKAGE WITHOUT REQUESTING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Reports of breakage must be reported within 10 days of the shipping date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless expressed in writing from us with an associated RA#

In the case of a sculpture breaking during the shipping process, contact us and request an RA#. When you are given an RA#, WRITE IT ON THE BOX before you send it. If you have a special order or need volume pricing (on products or shipping) contact us PRIOR to the order process and we can give you specific instructions.
