About Whimsy Studio Whimsy Studio is a small design studio on the Central Coast of California. Halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo county is one of the most beautiful areas in California - with a wealth of natural beauty and wildlife to draw inspiration from. Located in Grover Beach, local artisan Jennifer Matsuura creates the whimsical and colorful chickens, dragonflies and other critters that inhabit this site.
